📋 Description

• You configure custom app solutions for our SME clients: from apps for industrial scanners to mobile solutions for tablets and smartphones, as well as web applications, B2B shops and portals. • You take responsibility for integrating your solutions with the customer’s IT systems. • You produce concepts based on customer requirements and coordinate them with your contacts. • You support customers with technical and project-related questions, change requests and extension needs. • You contribute ideas for the continued development of our app platform and coordinate bugs and optimizations with our platform developers.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed vocational training or studies that included exposure to business processes and IT—e.g., in business informatics or as an IT specialist. • Alternatively, as a career changer you bring a strong IT affinity and an excellent understanding of business processes. • You have experience working with enterprise systems—either as a proficient user or, ideally, on the IT side. • You have very good knowledge of SQL and are familiar with interfaces such as REST or SOAP. • You have solid programming experience in JavaScript. • You are confident in communication and enjoy customer-facing work. • You work with commitment, care and independently.
