📋 Description

• Act as the main leader for projects from the Owner position as an independent power producer (IPP), synchronizing all stakeholders for successful implementation • Oversee the construction phase, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with contractual obligations • Lead internal and external work interfaces, including partners, contractors, global equipment suppliers, service providers, owner’s engineers, legal teams, development teams, local and ministerial authorities, and financial institutions • Follow up on and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow, identifying improvement opportunities • Analyze key milestones, understand risks and contractual exposures, elaborate risk mitigation plans, and develop proactive solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of previous experience in construction project management – a must; 15 years is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field – a must • High level of proficiency in all Office applications, including Excel – a must • Fluent Romanian and English – a must • Location in Romania • Previous experience in renewable energy – a must • Experience working in an Owner/Developer position – a significant advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent self-management, task prioritization, and multiple interface management in parallel • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Flexibility and adaptability to changes, priorities, and conditions • Strong self-education skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic proactive approach • Technical orientation with outstanding ability to look at the bigger picture • Technical proficiency and ability to understand and oversee complex engineering and construction processes
