📋 Description

• Support and implement effective Area sales strategies to achieve sales targets • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth with a focus on electricity distribution companies and Turnkey contractors • Build and maintain strong relationships with a focus on electricity distribution companies and Turnkey contractors • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support • Support & oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals related to South India, states like Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, etc. • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Ensto India management • Manage the sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources • Maintain a good understanding of the company's Low voltage and medium voltage electricity distribution products and services • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field • Proven experience of 01~04 years in Sales or similar role in the electrical or electricity distribution products industry • Extensive travels to client sites • Strong understanding of electricity distribution and related electrical products and their applications • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Proficiency in using CRM, IFS, SAP, Teams, Office 360
