📋 Description

• Assist with liquid and gas equipment installation • Troubleshoot liquid and gas equipment • Change liquid/gas canisters • Facilitate prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters • Install new or modified equipment at customer facilities according to specifications • Provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair equipment • Maintain performance reports • Assist in developing service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and product knowledge • Provide a communication link between customers and the company • Ensure customer satisfaction with installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and engineering change upgrades of Entegris equipment • Attend personal and technical training to maintain engineering expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year technical school degree in engineering, science or chemistry field required • Four-year college degree is a positive • 3+ years of experience in field support/service or similar experience with a capital equipment company required • CVD/CMP/WET module EE&PE experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer interacting skills • Self-driven individual interested in continuous improvement and learning the semiconductor industry • Ability to travel within Japan and overseas • On-duty phone and standby for 24 hours on call
