📋 Description

• Connect with parents via calls and engage them in meaningful conversations • Provide clear and accurate information about Enthuziastic’s programs and offerings • Understand parent requirements and respond appropriately • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all interactions • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in internal systems • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills • Good listening and interpersonal abilities • Ability to handle conversations confidently and professionally • Basic computer knowledge (Zoho Tools, CRM tools) • Prior experience in BPO / calling / customer support roles preferred • Comfortable working in a structured calling environment
