📋 Description
• Conduct live online Marathi classes as per the curriculum. • Teach reading, writing, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. • Use digital tools to explain concepts clearly and interactively. • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice exercises. • Assess learner progress and provide regular feedback. • Maintain learner discipline and ensure an engaging class environment. • Communicate professionally with parents/students and submit class reports on time.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent command of Marathi (spoken, written, and grammar). • Clear pronunciation and ability to teach phonetics if required. • Ability to simplify concepts for beginners and young learners. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Patience, creativity, and learner-friendly teaching approach. • Experience in online teaching (preferred but not mandatory). • Ability to use digital teaching tools like slides, PDFs, videos, etc. • Bachelor’s degree in Marathi / Literature / Languages OR, Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) OR, Any relevant degree with strong Marathi language proficiency (Higher qualifications like M.A. in Marathi are an advantage).
