📋 Description

• Partner with Sales teams during customer meetings, workshops, presentations, and industry events • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations • Build, maintain, and enhance demonstration environments and proof-of-concept solutions • Develop technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and customer proposals • Conduct technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams • Support solution deployment, troubleshooting, and technical consultation remotely and on-site • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product strategy and innovation • Document technical requirements, business drivers, and opportunity details in Salesforce • Act as a technical ambassador for Entrust across the regional territory • Build relationships with customers, partners, and sales colleagues • Drive technical evaluations and customer implementations • Deliver technical documentation and proposal content • Contribute to regional business growth and revenue objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level or C2 German language skills with excellent written communication ability • Fluent English language skills • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience in customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or consulting roles within the IT security industry • Hands-on experience with server-side security technologies and enterprise infrastructure • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region and occasionally across EMEA • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptography and key management solutions, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), virtualization technologies, or enterprise cybersecurity architectures • Experience with Entrust/nCipher nShield, Utimaco, Thales/SafeNet, or Atalla HSM platforms is highly desirable • CISSP certification is an additional advantage • Experience speaking or presenting at industry conferences and events is an additional advantage • Additional European language skills are an advantage
