📋 Description

• Develop content for comprehensive go-to-market campaigns to position products with customers and in the market • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and target audiences • Develop and execute international go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases • Create clear product messaging and stories to differentiate solutions • Incorporate product adoption data and customer feedback to continuously optimize strategies and tactics • Conduct research into customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape • Support Product Development with product naming and messaging • Develop audience-specific content for the website and external communications, including case studies, white papers, product brochures, and feature news • Create targeted cross-selling campaigns with the Customer Experience team • Collaborate with Product Management to understand the product roadmap and align marketing initiatives • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field • Ability to translate technical content into clear, market-ready communications • Willingness and ability to develop a detailed understanding of complex customer and partner use cases • Confidence communicating with domain experts and technical teams about use cases, data, systems, integrations, and technical requirements • Professional experience managing projects independently • Knowledge of marketing principles and external go-to-market communications • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Ability to use common AI tools effectively to deliver business value • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
