📋 Description

• Deliver an educational and consultative sales approach to influence doctors and staff to purchase and use the Dental Aligner product portfolio • Meet regularly with assigned orthodontists and orthodontic staff to promote products and services • Call on established and prospective customers within the assigned territory to increase product utilization and qualify potential customers • Manage sales-funnel opportunities for new and existing customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and practices • Provide customer training, education, onboarding, and technical support for Dental Aligner tools and products • Develop influential accounts and secure conversion of competitive accounts • Provide clinical support during onboarding, case submission, and clinical case approval • Implement customized onboarding plans and support KOL-led clinical training programs • Respond to and resolve customer requests • Act as the regional technical expert for the Digital Dental Aligner portfolio, supporting dentists, distributors, and the Ormco field team • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas • Visit active customers and prospect for new customers through prospecting, account development, and closing • Record sales activities and customer visits in the company CRM system • Resolve complex problems and apply sound judgment • Support, coach, guide, and direct other Clinical Sales Specialists • Participate in events, trade shows, congresses, and product demonstrations to increase sales and brand visibility • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of dental aligner sales with at least 5 years of experience • In-depth knowledge sufficient to provide training, education, onboarding, and technical support on Dental Aligner tools and products • Ability to identify and develop influential accounts and competitive accounts within Diamond to Emerald customer tiers • Ability to provide clinical support throughout onboarding, case submission, and clinical case approval • Ability to establish communication channels with Clinical Supervision and Support • Ability to implement customized onboarding plans and reduce onboarding time to one week through effective case submission • Ability to support KOL-led onboarding and clinical training programs • Ability to respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues • Technical expertise in the Digital Dental Aligner portfolio • Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas • Strong sales process execution, including prospecting, account development, and opportunity closing • Ability to report sales activities and customer visits in CRM • Sound judgment and problem-solving based on analysis from multiple information sources • Ability to provide coaching, guidance, and direction to other Clinical Sales Specialists • Ability to participate in events, trade shows, congresses, and product demonstrations • Availability to travel extensively and frequently
