📋 Description

• Develop and execute the country-level business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives. • Lead, coach, and develop (Sr.) Territory Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Manage budgeting and forecasting for the country (countries). • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and training programs. • Drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making and CRM tools. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial leadership experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts. • Deep understanding of sales strategy, market development, and customer engagement. • Experience working with direct sales models and distributors. • Fluent in English and local language(s) of the country/countries managed. • Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM). • Experience to operate in an international environment.
