📋 Description

• Drive growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or the Benelux territory/region • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars

🎯 Requirements

• Detailed / In-depth knowledge of company products/solutions • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve objectives • Passion for implementing and carrying out activities • Highly responsive to customer needs • Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and problems • Ability to actively share experience and best practices with the local team and assure know-how transfer for new colleagues • Strong negotiation, verbal, and written skills • Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools • Valid driving license; travel required • Fluent/native French and Dutch • Valuable English language knowledge • More than 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the health sector, preferably dental and/or medical devices or consumables • Experience in an international company preferred
