📋 Description

• Meet or exceed sales and service targets • Effectively sell and promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers • Develop sales primarily among dental practices and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory • Follow the guidelines and procedures of the company and the sales department • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Detailed, in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services • Prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve objectives • Passion for implementing and delivering activities • Highly responsive to customer needs • Ability to analyze and understand customers’ needs and challenges • Actively share experience and best practices with the local team and ensure knowledge transfer to new colleagues • Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools • Valid driver’s license (travel required) • Native-level proficiency in the local language • English proficiency is a plus
