📋 Description

• Support the implementation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Lead requirements-gathering and validation workshops with business stakeholders • Configure the solution according to client needs • Prepare functional documents, specifications, and supporting materials • Support the definition of HR processes aligned with SuccessFactors best practices • Execute and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Identify and propose solutions for business gaps • Collaborate with technical, integration, and other project teams • Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities • Lead functional activities for the EC module, from requirements gathering through testing, training, and production go-live

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects • Strong knowledge of EC configuration, including organizational structures, business rules, workflows, and personnel administration processes • Experience leading workshops and interacting with clients • Knowledge of HR processes related to employee management • Intermediate or advanced English for project work and documentation • Availability to work in São Paulo, SP • Availability to start immediately • Full-time availability to EPI-USE during business hours
