📋 Description

• Hands-on work on ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects • Development of custom applications • Automation of processes, portals, workflows, security, and CMDB • Configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions • Test execution, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing • Go-live support • Collaboration with Architecture, BPC, QA, and project management teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid ServiceNow experience at a strong mid-level or senior level • Proficiency in App Engine, Flow Designer, and JavaScript • Development experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes • Experience with Service Portal/Employee Center and ITSM • Practical knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM fundamentals • Experience with integrations, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting • Technical autonomy and adherence to development best practices • Nice to have: Workspace, UI Builder, IRE, CMDB Health, Discovery, MID Server, and REST APIs • CSA and/or CAD certifications are desirable
