📋 Description

• Prepare the Solution Engineer team through proactive training, knowledge sharing, and communication of best practices • Advise team members and sales before customer calls and sales strategy sessions • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple solution families • Design technical solutions that consider customer infrastructure, business limitations, and opportunities • Drive initiatives and projects and work strategically with sales, partners, and customers to uncover and increase emerging business opportunities • Deliver presentations and conduct sales conversations with C-level clients in small and large group formats • Assist with cost evaluation and provide pricing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of presales experience within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience • Successful experience supporting both direct and channel sales • Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry • Documented experience giving customer presentations and demonstrations • 8+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge • 4+ years of specialized/industry experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience with ERP companies or Value-Added Resellers (VARs), such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, or NetSuite
