📋 Description

• Definition of goals, scope and deliverables • Creation of the project plan, milestones, budget and resource planning, as well as progress monitoring and reporting • Acting as the interface between business units, IT, external partners and SAP • Facilitating workshops, clarifying requirements and priorities, and managing escalations • Identifying, assessing and managing risks • Ensuring standards, test quality and documentation • Planning and leading requirements workshops, key-user and end-user training • Managing all test phases, coordinating defect resolution, and handling preparation, execution and stabilization after Go-Live • Controlling the project budget and managing external consultants • Ongoing coordination with management and the steering committee

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in executing or leading IT/SAP projects • Optional experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations and process optimizations • Experience as a (part-)project manager, PMO or workstream lead with responsibility for teams, vendors and stakeholders • Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis • Facilitating workshops and mediating between business and IT • Experience planning and managing test phases, defect analysis and prioritization • Quality assurance, documentation and acceptance/sign-off processes • Experience in budget planning and control • Managing external partners and preparing/evaluating proposals or Statements of Work (SOWs)
