📋 Description

• Execution of system landscape transformations such as HR carve-outs, system transformations, and mergers • On-site presentations of our complete SAP® add-on product line • Technical support for the sales process in direct customer contact • Conceptual consulting based on customer requirements • Planning, execution and follow-up of feasibility studies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HCM/HR SLO is desirable • Experience in SAP HCM (in-house) consulting/development and in HCM areas: PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), PT (Personnel Time), OM (Organizational Management) • Know-how in SAP implementations and ideally project experience • Willingness to travel without restrictions within the DACH region • ABAP development experience is desirable
