📋 Description

• Manage the financial operations of multiple clients • Issue invoices, payment slips, and billing statements • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor transactions • Track accounts payable and accounts receivable • Enter financial transactions into systems and banking platforms • Maintain controls in spreadsheets/Excel and manage financial workflows • Support process standardization • Contribute ideas to improve the team’s day-to-day operations • Understand clients’ businesses and identify ways to improve financial processes and routines

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of recent experience in finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash flow, or related activities • Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) • Ability to manage multiple clients and simultaneous demands • Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset • High school diploma, technical education, or college degree • Experience with financial routines and processes • Knowledge of or experience with ERP/financial systems such as Bling, Conta Azul, Tiny, Nibo, Omie, or similar platforms • Basic, intermediate, or advanced Excel skills
