📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and control IT projects delivering technology to the Ergomed business • Deliver and hand over systems and capabilities into production systems and business environments within agreed timelines and budgets • Agree project scope, objectives, and success criteria • Create and agree Project Initiation documentation • Create and manage project plans, governance, management, and reporting artefacts • Engage and manage business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, business QA teams, and third-party suppliers • Develop and manage project budgets and work packages • Monitor project plans, milestones, work packages, and critical paths for on-time delivery • Manage and authorize milestone payments to third-party vendors • Establish project management, governance, and reporting frameworks • Report project progress, issues, and escalations • Obtain business sign-off for project completion • Transition projects into production with IT Service Operations and Technical Support • Ensure project details are recorded in relevant business and IT systems for support and lifecycle management • Agree ownership and resolution timelines for post-transition deliverables • Close projects and produce required project close documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience • Proven experience managing IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes • Strong stakeholder, supplier, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities • Experience transitioning systems or services into production environments • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master is desirable • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes is desirable • Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research, or healthcare is desirable • Understanding of system validation, data integrity, information security, and regulatory compliance is desirable
