📋 Description

• Provide successful post-go-live production support for Workday HCM and additional HCM modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, and Learning • Troubleshoot and navigate Workday Security • Build custom reports • Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice through innovation and strategic thinking • Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance through design, configuration, and prototyping • Assist clients with testing and production deployment • Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate project status and changes • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to maintain communication and project alignment • Maintain forecasts accurately and timely • Partner with Sales as a subject matter expert for sales presentations, demos, and LOEs • Stay current on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and best practices • Build strong client relationships through trust and exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a consultant role working with Workday HCM at a partner firm • Workday Partner certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday Financials processes and best practices • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and applicable licensing verification
