📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams and help shape delivery plans • Support governance, coordination, and prioritization of change initiatives across an assigned portfolio • Contribute to strategic planning, investment prioritization, and portfolio-level decision-making • Clarify objectives, scope, dependencies, costs, and implementation approaches with stakeholders • Apply Agile and Waterfall delivery principles aligned with the change management process • Prepare portfolio reporting and insights for senior and executive stakeholders • Facilitate discussions on implementation solutions, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes • Map, review, and redesign workflows and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery quality • Promote governance, accountability, collaboration, and value-focused execution across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services • At least 1 year of experience in portfolio management or 2 years of experience in project management • Strong understanding of strategic planning, portfolio governance, prioritization, and reporting • Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks • Experience working with executive stakeholders and preparing clear, decision-oriented materials • Hands-on experience or strong interest in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process redesign • Ability to work with ambiguity, structure complex topics, and connect business needs with delivery execution • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills • Advanced English • Solid Microsoft Office skills
