📋 Description

• Host two recruitment sessions per day (group or individual) via videoconference • Present Esallia and convey a professional, clear and motivating image • Explain the role, work schedule and conditions in detail • Answer candidates' questions during the session • Quickly assess profiles (students, recent graduates) to determine eligibility for the next stage of the process • Focus exclusively on running the session, evaluating candidates and updating the ATS (training provided)
