📋 Description

• Independently develop, configure, test, and support integration solutions using approved tools and technical standards • Design, develop, test, and maintain integration solutions aligned with technical standards and support procedures • Provide oversight and support for interfaces using middleware tools, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, FTP/SFTP, and file-based processes • Translate business and technical requirements into interface mappings, technical specifications, and integration logic • Monitor interface processing and batch jobs, investigate failures, and resolve data flow issues • Perform SQL queries, data checks, and validation activities to confirm integration accuracy and support troubleshooting • Coordinate changes, testing, deployments, and production support with business analysts, application teams, and IT peers • Lead integration designs, support steps, and issue resolutions • Provide practical guidance to less experienced team members • Apply API management and security practices to meet established controls and access requirements • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen integration quality, supportability, and operational stability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in systems integration, application support, or related technical delivery work • Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, XML/XSLT, SQL, and middleware or integration platforms • Experience troubleshooting interface errors, data validation issues, and file-based or batch processing problems • Demonstrated ability to work independently on moderately complex technical assignments and deliver results within defined timelines • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams to implement and support integration work • Experience with Oracle application environments and related integration tools • Experience with Dell Boomi or similar enterprise integration platforms • Experience supporting secure data exchange, API controls, and production monitoring processes • Experience working with third-party vendors during integration setup or onboarding
