📋 Description

• Drive user engagement and cross-product adoption • Facilitate integration between Dunsguide and other CIAL Dun & Bradstreet products • Work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product managers across operations and marketing • Lead product growth and optimization initiatives • Break down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers • Evaluate product development decisions based on user needs and market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years focused on growth initiatives • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, and product analytics platforms such as PostHog • Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise solutions • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product optimization • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively • Expertise in breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers • Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations • Strong knowledge of product development, with the ability to evaluate decisions based on user needs and current market conditions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Fluency in Portuguese • Experience with Figma and a strong eye for product design is a plus • Experience working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments is a plus • Hands-on experience with or understanding of the Latin American B2B market is a plus • Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, or vendor relationship management processes is a plus • Education: Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or technologist degree
