📋 Description

• Drive user engagement and cross-product adoption • Facilitate seamless integration between Dunsguide and other CIAL Dun & Bradstreet products • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product managers across operations and marketing • Evaluate product development decisions based on user needs and current market conditions • Drive measurable business impact through product optimization • Break down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers • Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years focused on growth initiatives • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and product analytics platforms (we use PostHog) • Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise solutions • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product optimization • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple stakeholders • Expertise in breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers • Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations • Strong knowledge of product development, evaluating decisions based on user needs while considering current market conditions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Portuguese • Experience with Figma and a strong eye for product design • Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve rapidly • Hands-on experience with or understanding of the Latin American B2B market • Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, or vendor relationship management processes • Preferred education listed in the application: Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or technologist degree
