📋 Description

• Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere funzionalità full-stack, dalla progettazione del database alla creazione di componenti frontend riutilizzabili • Seguire il processo dall’idea al rilascio • Collaborare con il team prodotto su funzionalità complesse, agenti conversazionali e autonomi, integrazioni, automazioni, bug fixing e CRUD • Scrivere codice manutenibile, coerente, testato e documentato, seguendo le best practice ingegneristiche • Ottimizzare ed evolvere la codebase esistente tramite refactoring, ottimizzazione e gestione pragmatica del debito tecnico • Lavorare quotidianamente con i Coding Agent, mantenendo la responsabilità dell’output finale • Collaborare con la CPO & co-founder e il Senior Software Engineer allo sviluppo e all’evoluzione del prodotto

🎯 Requirements

• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come sviluppatore o sviluppatrice full-stack • Persona AI-first, con capacità di ragionare e decidere autonomamente su architettura, prodotto e trade-off tecnici • Solidi fondamenti di informatica e ingegneria del software • Disponibilità a imparare velocemente nuovi strumenti e framework • Esperienza nella progettazione ed evoluzione di database relazionali • Capacità di trasformare problemi aperti in soluzioni concrete • Capacità di prendere decisioni tecniche pragmatiche, valutando trade-off tra qualità, velocità, complessità e impatto • Cura per qualità del codice, coerenza architetturale, documentazione e manutenibilità • Esperienza nel collaborare in team piccoli, agili e distribuiti, con autonomia, ownership e spirito collaborativo • Curiosità verso AI, agentic coding tools e nuovi modi di costruire software • Conoscenza degli Agent; averne già costruito uno costituisce esperienza utile • Conoscenza o capacità di apprendere PHP, Laravel, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis, React, TypeScript, Inertia.js, Tailwind, Docker, AWS, Terraform e GitHub Actions
