📋 Description

• Ship features on Gluesync with the product team • Own small-to-medium work end to end: design, code, tests, review • Work with SQL and NoSQL sources including Oracle, SQL Server, IBM i / DB2, MongoDB, Kafka, and similar • Maintain quality through automated tests and avoiding silent regressions • Take part in customer technical support on the CET night shift • Troubleshoot production issues and help customers through Gluesync problems • Feed customer support learnings back into the product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years building backend services in Java • At least 1-2 years of Kotlin in production • REST APIs, SQL, and at least one NoSQL store • You write tests and use Git like a teammate • You can reliably work CET nights (22:00-06:00) from wherever you are • Nice to have: Ktor, Koin, Gradle • Nice to have: Docker / Kubernetes • Nice to have: Kafka or other event streaming • Nice to have: Prior CDC or database replication
