📋 Description

• Progettare e sviluppare funzionalità end-to-end, dall'idea al rilascio, misurandone l'impatto sugli utenti • Far evolvere codebase e infrastruttura mantenendole veloci, manutenibili e affidabili con la crescita dei volumi e dell'offerta • Svolgere code review e condividere best practices nel team • Collaborare con i team product, data, design, infra e tech support • Trasformare problemi complessi in soluzioni semplici • Partecipare al ciclo completo di sviluppo del prodotto

🎯 Requirements

• Almeno 8 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software • Esperienza nello sviluppo full stack • Interesse ad approfondire la programmazione funzionale • Esperienza con Elixir, TypeScript e Python • Esperienza con database, servizi di storage e architetture dati • Utilizzo dell’AI per migliorare velocità e qualità • Business acumen • Esperienza di lavoro in team cross-funzionali in aziende di prodotto • Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell’inglese • Curiosità, pragmatismo, autonomia e capacità di adattamento
