📋 Description
• Identify requirements across end-to-end (E2E) processes and prepare them clearly • Conduct structured interviews, lead interdisciplinary workshops, and analyze available data • Document processes, workflows, and system functionalities • Serve as a Center of Excellence for production-related topics • Critically review the current state and clearly formulate requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Computer Science, or a comparable qualification • Solid professional experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Consultant (m/f/d) in an agile environment • Proven experience in eliciting and modeling complex business processes in a production/manufacturing environment • Strong analytical skills • Interest in complex IT topics • Expertise with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools • High self-motivation and a structured approach to work • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
