📋 Description

• - Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • - Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables. • - Keep track of timesheets and expenses and make sure to monitor ongoing project costs • - Prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation in shared folders and database • - Create and review proposals for projects which might be bid documents or specific pricing sheets for existing clients. • It will be an added bonus if you can help with: • - Ensure that our marketing and sales activities are taking place • - Create and monitor budgets, P&L for projects • - Ensure accuracy of the data provided in reports • This position requires that you work nightshift, typically your shift will end around 1AM IST.

🎯 Requirements

• - 5 years of project management experience • - Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Airtable, MS Project or similar • - 2 years of experience in managing construction or environmental projects • - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • - Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
