📋 Description

• Process and manage company payroll and invoicing for 100 people • Process payroll • Prepare and send invoices • Respond to claims, including workers compensation and child support • Run weekly payroll • Gather information on hours worked for each employee • Calculate pay incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments using a computer system • Print and mail paychecks • Follow up on employee questions • Submit workers compensation payments • Generate invoices and send them to clients in a timely manner • Follow up on accounts receivable with clients by email and phone • Maintain relationships with clients’ accounts payable departments to ensure timely payment • Answer client questions and update invoices when issues arise

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Quickbooks, Gusto) • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Relevant experience • Ability to start working quickly
