📋 Description
• Present, promote and sell services using solid closing techniques to prospective customers over the phone and email. • Analyze potential customers' needs and demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills. • Continuously improve sales skills to attain quota and grow as sales professionals. • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• English at a native level – a must • 1+ years of proven sales experience – mandatory • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated with strong self-learning abilities • Confident, persuasive, and able to influence • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Suitable home office setup: quiet work environment, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and the ability to be on webcam at all times • Availability for 5 shifts per week (flexible schedule) • Nice to Have: Experience in phone-based sales • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
