📋 Description
• Engage with prospective customers across Spanish-speaking markets • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our courses • Address customer concerns and objections while maintaining a positive attitude • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Mother-tongue Spanish – mandatory • High proficiency in English – strong advantage • Proven sales experience – mandatory • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and excellent communication abilities • Good technical orientation and ability to learn new systems quickly • A reliable home-office setup: quiet environment, high-speed internet, and the ability to keep your webcam activated at all times • Availability to work 5 shifts per week, Sunday–Thursday with flexible morning and evening shifts- mandatory
