📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business and user requirements with the Principal Product Owner • Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting engineering documentation • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Organise, refine, and maintain requirements artifacts according to roadmap priorities • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove blockers • Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Sales, and SMEs to collect feedback and validate requirements • Maintain requirement traceability from discovery through delivery and release • Support pre-release and post-release enablement, including release notes, FAQs, and walkthroughs • Analyse workflows and user journeys across the Ethixbase360 ecosystem to identify optimisation opportunities • Assist in usability testing and validation of delivered features • Produce requirement specifications, diagrams, workflows, and product notes • Support quality assurance by reviewing test cases and validating functionality during UAT • Create release notes and user documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Valid documents with permission to work in the Philippines • Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written • Analytical and detail-oriented • User-focused approach • Collaborative stakeholder engagement • Curiosity and proactive learning • Familiarity with agile principles and agile environments • Strong written and verbal communication • Organised and structured approach to managing priorities and backlogs • 4-6 years’ experience working in a BA/PO or equivalent function within an agile, ideally SaaS environment • Background knowledge in compliance, due diligence or a related field would be well regarded
