📋 Description

• Plan and conduct interviews with candidates, customers, and internal teams • Synthesize learnings into clear, actionable insights and share them with the team and other departments • Monitor platform metrics and identify where users drop off or get stuck in their journey • Analyze data across sources to develop hypotheses and identify opportunities • Bring evidence to roadmap prioritization alongside the Product Manager • Break larger initiatives into smaller deliverables and propose MVPs to validate hypotheses quickly • Write product documents and specifications, establishing evaluation metrics • Participate in team ceremonies, ensuring a clear understanding of the problem and the purpose of each deliverable • Support validation efforts and track results after launch • Use artificial intelligence to accelerate and improve deliverables • Work directly with the Product Manager, with a focus on discovery

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in product • Comfortable working with product data and metrics • Clear and concise verbal and written communication • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Curiosity, organization, attention to detail, and an interest in applying AI to work • Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hotjar • Preferred: SQL or other data analysis tools • Preferred: technical foundation for collaborating with engineering teams • Preferred: interest in careers, recruiting, and early-career employment
