• Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets • Providing operational support for issues related to Azure cloud applications • Handling daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor • Supporting DevOps-related tasks.
• Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State • Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts. (On-call basis: the engineer is contacted only if a ticket is raised) • Basic understanding of cloud technologies • Freelance and part-time engagement options are supported.
