📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network components • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure • Administer user accounts and authorisations • Monitor and maintain systems and perform regular backups • Analyse errors and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure • Document system configurations and processes • Support implementation of new hardware and software • Analyse and assess security risks and threats • Anticipate and identify problems early • Derive, formulate, and implement problem-solving strategies • Communicate and explain problems and their effects to the Client in a target-group-appropriate manner • Implement suitable measures considering functional and non-functional requirements, including high system availability, with extensive quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies • In-depth knowledge of the administration of Linux servers and operating systems • In-depth knowledge of network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP • In-depth knowledge of cryptographic procedures and the use of digital signatures and certificates • In-depth knowledge of network security, encryption, and access controls • In-depth knowledge of virtualised environments and cloud services • In-depth knowledge of IT security and data protection • In-depth knowledge of monitoring and backup tools • In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, including geo-redundancy • In-depth knowledge of configuring and monitoring distributed systems on application servers and in cloud-based environments • At least 3 years of demonstrable practical experience • Based in Germany • Fluent oral and written German (level C2 required) • English at a sufficient level • Submit a detailed CV in English
