📋 Description

• Analyze financial, customer, and market data and derive well-founded recommendations for action • Conduct market and potential analyses • Identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas • Prepare meaningful reports, analyses, and presentations for management • Work closely with local managing directors and relevant contacts • Implement and further develop company-wide standards and processes • Coordinate cross-country projects • Ensure a consistent data foundation • Support the implementation and use of controlling tools • Further develop management tools and KPIs • Optimize processes and improve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or economics, or an equivalent qualification • Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable environment is an advantage; motivated recent graduates are also welcome • Initial experience with Power Query • Experience working with large datasets (Big Data) • Very good knowledge of MS Excel • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook • Very good German skills and good written and spoken English • Strong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to collaborate in intercultural teams • Independent and entrepreneurial way of working • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and understand complex interrelationships
