📋 Description

• Perform calibration and maintenance of customer equipment, particularly liquid-handling equipment • Define metrology schedules and inspection procedures for specific equipment in collaboration with customers • Monitor customer interventions and travel to customer sites • Manage working time independently • Ensure the reliability and compliance of customers’ measuring equipment • Carry out on-site work in compliance with applicable standards • Build trusted customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Travel primarily throughout the Grand Est and Hauts-de-France regions, with occasional travel elsewhere in France

🎯 Requirements

• Initial training: minimum two- or three-year higher education qualification (Bac+2/Bac+3 equivalent) in quality or as a laboratory technician • Valid driving licence REQUIRED • Knowledge of metrology is preferred • Experience in volumetric measurement is desirable • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer-focused • Availability for several months of training and onboarding in Nantes, including field shadowing • Regular overnight stays during the week will be required
