📋 Description

• Act as primary IT partner for designated Finance reporting domains • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders on P&L reporting, balance sheet reporting, cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, and operational finance reporting • Gather, analyze, document, and challenge business requirements • Own reports, dashboards, KPIs, datasets, and analytics products throughout their lifecycle • Identify source systems and data owners; analyze data structures and define integration requirements • Design scalable reporting solutions aligned with architectural standards and governance requirements • Develop semantic models, business calculations, KPIs, and reusable datasets • Build ETL/ELT components, Fabric artifacts, Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions • Develop prototypes and MVPs to validate business value • Ensure data quality, reconciliation, user acceptance testing, and production readiness • Maintain business requirements, solution documentation, data mappings, KPI definitions, and operating procedures • Manage enhancements, change requests, and report optimization activities • Interact with Purchasing, Finance, IT, external partners, and corporate and regional business and IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in BI, analytics, finance systems, or business analysis roles • Strong experience combining business analysis and solution development responsibilities • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, DAX, and data modelling • Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012, D365 Finance & Operations, or equivalent ERP solutions • Ability to communicate effectively with finance business users and technical teams • Experience managing reporting products end-to-end • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Fluent English communication skills
