📋 Description

• Manage, lead, and coordinate Eurofins Professional Scientific Services teams and on-site leaders • Implement new scientific services scopes of work with clients • Project-manage implementation through steady state and monitor ongoing service excellence • Organise and manage teams to maximise productivity, quality, documentation, scheduling, safety, and housekeeping • Ensure compliance with ethical and quality standards • Establish and communicate client turnaround times and ensure they are consistently met • Build and manage client relationships • Establish communication channels and engagement rules between clients and team members • Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers to identify and pursue opportunities • Develop, coach, motivate, and retain team members • Develop and mentor on-site leadership • Track staff morale, development, stability, and attrition • Communicate regularly with clients and Eurofins colleagues • Ensure effective production and review of operational documentation • Review and improve commercial work practices and operational efficiencies • Plan activities and optimise internal and client resources during training periods • Schedule work and communicate schedules to relevant personnel • Drive and manage recruitment for new team members • Facilitate cross-training • Ensure the PSS entity meets budgetary financial goals • Generate monthly invoice details for Finance • Ensure team training and completion of training records • Ensure performance appraisals are completed • Provide continuous feedback on client and organisational requirements or changes • Handle and resolve client-related queries • Oversee cleanliness, tidiness, and team safety at the client site • Identify and implement continuous quality and service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 to 10 years’ relevant technical experience • At least 5 years at a senior level of leadership within the pharmaceutical industry • At least 3 years of previous management experience • Sound, fundamental knowledge of processes within pharmaceutical and medical device industries • Thorough understanding of requirements for working in a regulated environment • Ability to quickly learn new processes • Ability to communicate clearly and form strong working relationships with colleagues and clients • Ability to work on own initiative and develop solutions to problems as part of a team • Willingness to work flexibly and switch priorities at short notice • Organised, accurate, and strong documentation skills • Passion for quality and client service • Good internal and external communication skills • Fluency in both English and Slovenian, spoken and written
