📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and existing AI characters/IP • Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Manage end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, and post-production • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce visual sequences • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives • Perform motion graphic design and colour correction • Rapidly test and integrate new AI models, tools, and techniques • Share AI production skills with the team • Execute the Content Lead's creative direction with autonomy in technical decisions • Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is required • Hands-on experience with current AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Ability to work independently from concept to completion • Comfortable experimenting with evolving AI tools and working through ambiguity • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • Legal authorization to work in the candidate's country of residence • Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking • Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or colour grading • Bonus: familiarity with LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, upscaling, and inpainting • Bonus: prior experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries
