📋 Description

• Conceptualize scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters/IP • Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, and post-production • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce visual sequences • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives • Integrate motion graphic design and color correction into final outputs • Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team • Follow the Content Lead’s creative direction while independently making technical and execution decisions • Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is a must • Hands-on experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Ability to work independently from concept to completion • Comfortable experimenting with evolving AI tools and navigating ambiguity • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • B2B contract/self-employed or independent contractor arrangement preferred; willingness to work under this arrangement is required • Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking • Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading • Bonus: familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning • Bonus: prior adult, dating, or adjacent creative industry experience • Bonus: ComfyUI experience • Bonus: Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111 experience, including advanced prompting, trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting
