📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and existing AI characters/IPs • Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, and post-production • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce visual sequences • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives • Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction into final outputs • Experiment with emerging AI models, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team • Align execution with the Content Lead’s creative direction while making autonomous technical decisions • Continuously improve workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is a must • Hands-on experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • High ownership and ability to work independently from concept to completion • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and fast iteration cycles • Curious, self-driven, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • Bonus: AI-native storytelling or filmmaking experience • Bonus: Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or colour grading • Bonus: Familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning • Bonus: Experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries • Bonus: Experience with ComfyUI • Bonus: Experience with Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
