📋 Description

• Conceptualize scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters/IPs • Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, and post-production • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce visual sequences • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives • Integrate motion graphic design and color correction into final outputs • Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team • Follow the Content Lead’s creative direction while independently making technical decisions • Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is a must • Hands-on experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • High ownership and ability to work independently • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools • Able to iterate, test, refine, and improve quickly • Curious, self-driven, and open to feedback • Portfolio links to best narrative film/video and AI vertical mini-series episodes required • Legal authorization to work in current country of residence • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in country of residence
