📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters/IP • Create narrative-driven, longform video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, and post-production • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives • Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction • Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team • Follow the Content Lead’s creative direction while independently making technical decisions • Improve workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is a must • Hands-on experience with current AI video tools and models, such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar platforms • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • Ability to work independently from concept to completion • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly evolving tools • Willingness to test, refine, and improve workflows quickly • Curiosity, self-direction, openness to feedback, and continuous improvement • B2B contract arrangement is preferred • Portfolio examples of narrative film/video and AI vertical mini-series episodes requested
