📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships • Support and inform affiliates consistently • Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliates • Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI • Analyze results, optimize campaigns, and identify scaling opportunities • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners • Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates • Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes • Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across SEO, media buying, paid social, and other channels • Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting • Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Perfectly fluent in English • Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment • Doer mindset, balancing execution, planning, and strategy • Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback • Adaptable and comfortable reprioritizing quickly • Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content • Preferred B2B contract arrangement / ability to work under a B2B contract in country of residence • Bonus: experience with postback S2S setup, ad servers, affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, scaling affiliate programs to enterprise level, funnel optimization, A/B testing, subscription-based business models, and fraud prevention techniques
