📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into Medison’s global ecosystem • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial • Design, lead, and continuously enhance Medison’s global New Partner and Product Integration Playbook and framework • Own structured planning, risk mitigation, governance, and performance tracking from deal signing through full operational handover • Develop standardized global NPPI governance, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers • Design end-to-end roadmaps and integrated plans covering commercial, medical, regulatory, supply, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness • Build timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking tools • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics • Act as central PMO lead for multiple concurrent New Partner Integrations • Lead global NPPI Steering Committees, Working Groups, and the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce • Translate deal terms into executable operational plans supporting go-to-market, launch, and brand plans • Identify interdependencies, resource constraints, and critical path items; drive decisions and issue resolution • Lead partner onboarding, transition, and integration activities, aligning operating models, systems, processes, decision rights, and escalation pathways • Ensure infrastructure, systems, and processes support product transition and commercial launch execution • Support local markets and global functions during asset transfer, launch, and ongoing collaboration • Facilitate readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions • Drive mitigation plans to protect timelines, compliance, and business objectives • Improve NPI processes, templates, digital tools, governance, reporting, and execution standards • Capture lessons learned and translate them into continuous improvements and best practices • Build relationships with global functional leaders, Regional Vice Presidents, Country Managers, internal leadership, and external partners • Deliver concise executive updates with status summaries, scenario assessments, and recommended actions • Report to the Global Head of Commercial Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong exposure to partnerships, alliances, or asset in-licensing • Advanced PMO and program management capabilities, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting • Strong analytical and structural thinking skills • Experience operating across diverse geographies, including EU/CEE, APAC, and LATAM • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Strong business acumen, problem-solving orientation, and proactive mindset • Ability to lead without formal authority in decentralized, matrixed organizations • Highest ethical standards • University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with strong focus on New Product Introduction and Partnership Integration • Experience operating as a global PMO across Technical Operations, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Finance • Track record leading complex global or regional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners • Strong project and portfolio management expertise • Fluency in English • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
