📋 Description

• Own product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across platforms • Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work • Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation, testing, launch, and continuous improvement • Improve in-house moderation systems, including the EverGuard proprietary LLM technology • Partner with Engineering and AI/ML on detection capabilities, moderation rules, thresholds, and interventions for user inputs and AI-generated outputs • Lead the lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations • Establish safety dashboards and recurring quality assurance processes • Proactively identify emerging issues, prevent harmful content, and measure safety performance • Own red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems and product safeguards • Track testing findings through remediation, retesting, and closure • Establish and run Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes to existing features, models, and integrations • Identify foreseeable misuse, affected users, and appropriate safeguards during product design • Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents • Work directly with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead • Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Customer Support, Legal, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience making data-driven product decisions using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research • Ability to assess risks associated with user-generated content, transactions, and interactions • Experience with content moderation, automation, machine learning, human review, and user reporting • Experience working closely with trust and safety and compliance requirements for consumer-facing products • Experience translating safety requirements into product implementation • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, operations, and customer support teams • Fully fluent and comfortable in English • Comfortable working with and leveraging AI tools • Ability to test and autonomously handle discussions with third-party tools and integrations • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content • Comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated content and NSFW material • Professional experience or interest in AI is a bonus • Experience with consumer-facing features, particularly in entertainment or gaming, is a bonus • Previous legal/compliance education is a bonus • Motivation to work in an adult/18+ AI companionship space
