📋 Description

• Develop and execute local product strategies aligned with regional and global objectives • Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction through phase-out • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities • Drive successful product launches and commercialization activities • Act as the voice of the German market within the wider product organisation • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Global Product Management teams • Support pricing, profitability, and business growth initiatives • Deliver product training and technical support to customers and internal teams • Lead the Indoor Climate Solutions portfolio in Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Building Services, Product Management, Marketing or a related discipline • Technical and commercial understanding of building systems and construction markets • 5+ years of Product Management experience in HVAC, Indoor Climate, Building Technology, Building Materials or Construction-related industries • Experience managing product lifecycles and market launches • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and project business • Product management and portfolio strategy expertise • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Fluent German and English language skills
