📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM Hub solutions • Participate in end-to-end MDM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment • Design and configure MDM data models (Base Object, XREF, Staging tables) • Develop and configure match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and trust frameworks • Implement data quality, standardization, and validation rules • Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS • Configure MDM workflows, business rules, and exception handling • Perform data loads, delta processing, and reconciliation • Provide production support, performance tuning, and issue resolution • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and downstream teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub) • Proven experience in MDM implementation projects (Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location domains) • Experience in data modeling and schema design • Expertise in match–merge, survivorship, and trust rules • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or IICS • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting • Good understanding of data governance and data quality concepts • Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments
